If you are coming to London this spring, then why not take a rare chance to travel on a beautifully-restored, vintage London bus with this tour, which covers all of the city’s top sightseeing spots.

The tour begins at Victoria coach station, where you’ll hop aboard a Routemaster bus and begin your journey through the bustling city. The old-fashioned bus is a classic piece of London history – what better way to explore?

See London’s historic landmarks
Have your camera ready for your first stop: Christopher Wren’s St. Paul’s Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece where Admirals Nelson and Wellington are buried, and where Princess Diana was married.
Continuing on, through London’s historic financial district, you’ll visit the Tower of London: now home to the priceless Crown Jewels, protected by the famous Beefeaters. Your guide will take you to see Traitors Gate, where prisoners entered the Tower for the last time… (Entrance to Tower not included).

Take a cruise on the Thames
Stepping off the bus, next it’s time for a leisurely Thames Cruise, a unique way to take in the London skyline. You’ll see sights including Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Cleopatra’s Needle and historic London Bridge.

A world-famous palace
At Westminster Pier, you’ll board the bus again and head for Buckingham Palace – perhaps the most famous royal residence in the world. The Palace is one of the world’s few remaining current royal homes, and has over 700 rooms! Its vast, unique exterior is a sight not to be missed.

The Changing of the Guard
Before the tour ends, there’s a chance to witness a piece of British history first hand. The unique Changing of the Guard ceremony, held by the guards who protect Buckingham Palace, attracts hundreds of onlookers each day.
The soldiers, dressed in traditional tunics and iconic busby hats, march to military music in an impressive display. Each ceremony is unique – sometimes they throw in a modern tune or two, too!
*If the Changing of the Guard is not taking place, you will still stop for photos of the Horseguards.
