The main restaurant features double height glass walls looking out over London on 3 of the 4 sides of the room. Lit in a gentle golden hue, a huge tree stands in the middle of the bar and dangling lightbulbs give a contemporary edge. All of the private spaces here are opulent and boast immaculate attention to detail, and you can be assured that your food, whether it be from a set menu or a la carte, will be presented beautifully and be bursting with flavour. You can have anything from a sizzling steak on hot volcanic rock, to a bowl of the spiciest noodles in town, all washed down with a playfully-named list of drinks.
Going on the fabulous surroundings, excellent service and exciting food, it would be easy to assume that this restaurant is massively expensive. Happily, this is not the case. Starters and side dishes are priced between £5 and £15, main courses between £17 and £50, and desserts are a little bit dearer – but so completely worth it. You can also choose from a range of oriental teas and fresh Brazilian and Peruvian coffees, then finish off the evening by selecting one of the mouth-watering cocktails that are unique to Sushisamba.
