The Terrace Suite can hold a maximum of 350 guests. This blank canvas space has a double height ceiling, white walls, and windows all along one side that overlook the gardens. A built-in private bar comes with its own seating area, and there’s a large dressing room for you to use as a private space. The fixed stage has an element of old-school theatre about it, and this room is incredibly easy to brand with some imaginative lighting effects and simple splashes of colour.
To reach The Garden Suite, your party will be lead through the Tropical House, where they will be able to experience towering palms and enormous blooms before entering this clean-cut and luxurious space. Able to hold up to 500 people, this room is decorated in a crisp white and boasts sparkling chandeliers and elegant pattered wallpaper. The carpeted floor gives a feeling of homely comfort, but there’s a wooden dance floor that can be constructed in any area of the room, should you decide not to use the fixed stage. There’s a dressing room here as well, as the room has mobile partitions should you wish to create separate spaces.
The Louden Suite is a series of smaller rooms that are ideal to hire for a small seminar or private corporate away day. A large meeting room holds a maximum of 60 people, and can be configured to suit theatre, boardroom or cabaret style. This room is accompanied by a smaller space that overlooks the Japanese Garden and serves as the ideal place to take lunch, and there’s a conservatory here which is perfect for brainstorming and more informal work.
