COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Competitions are open to UK residents only (over the age of 18 in alcohol or travel-related competitions, and in other cases as stated) except anyone directly connected with the promotion.
Entrants entering competitions for alcohol or travel-related competitions, and in other cases as stated may be asked for proof of age. Function Fixers hold the right to withdraw entries if the entrant does not comply with this condition.
Prizes will only be shipped to UK addresses unless otherwise stated.
The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition.
If we run a competition or offer with a promoter where that promoter is responsible for the provision of the offer or prizes then Function Fixers will not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of those offers or prizes.
We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who in our opinion has not entered within the terms and conditions.
Entries must be submitted in the formats specified in the entry form. Function Fixers reserves the right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries.
Competition can be extended or cancelled at any time without notice and at the discretion of Function Fixers.
Function Fixers will never share your information with another party.
No bulk or third party entries are permitted.
Function Fixers may require winners to take part in post-competition publicity. Winning entries and names of runners up may be published on the Function Fixers website, social media sites and email newsletters.
No alternative cash or otherwise to the stated prizes are available.
Any prize not claimed within 3 days of sending notification of a winning entry shall be forfeited. Function Fixers may award the prize to another entrant.
