Conveniently located in Farringdon, 106 to 109 offers six flexible and functional event spaces ideal for meetings, seminars, workshops and networking events.
Each room has the best in built in AV equipment including Bose speakers, flat screens TV’s and LCD projectors. By working with sustainable partners we can deliver the best in hospitality and events services whilst maintaining our strong environmental values.
106 to 109 has achieved BREEAM Excellent rating for sustainable buildings, as well as being ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited further demonstrating CIWEM’s commitment to a clean, green and sustainable world.
ALL delegate day rates includes the use of the room from 9am to 5pm, furniture, AV including microphone and laptop, and event staffing. It also includes morning pastries and morning refreshments, lunch and mid afternoon refreshment breaks and cookies. DDR rates will vary, depending on the number of delegates, the day of the week and time of year.
Located on the Lower Ground are two meeting rooms, Isis and Danube. When combined, these two spaces can seat up to 20. Also on this level is the Reeves Room, offering a relaxed and contemporary space with TV screens and bean to cup coffee machines. All three can be opened up as one large space, revealing a room ideal as a gallery space or hosting receptions.
Our second floor is a multi-faceted space perfect for meetings, seminars and workshops. The Nile, Ganges and Amazon are flexible rooms with the highest specification AV and neutral décor, meaning they can facilitate events of all types, including networking events and even dinners.
106 to 109 Saffron Hill is committed to ensuring that all of our visitors are able to get around the venue with ease. The venue is accessible to wheelchair users via lifts.
106 to 109 has the latest in energy efficient built-in Audio Visual equipment, all included in the standard package at no extra charge.

Our food is prepared using fresh, locally sourced produce. We are able to provide a full events catering service with a range of lunch options, including sandwich platters, finger buffets, cold fork and salad platters, as well as bowl food, canapés and sit down fine dining.
The menu will change depending on what produce can be sourced seasonally and locally at the present time, and have the least environmental impact.
We happily cater for all dietary requirements – your selection will be prepared as appropriate to everyone’s specific dietary requirements.
