With 5.406 sq. m. of venue space, The Oitavos can accommodate any type of corporate event, from product launches and branding events, to major international conferences and incentive programs. We also host charitable and social functions, as well as private celebrations.

The Oitavos has a fully equipped Business Centre that either can operate independently or also as a support to the Conference Centre.

The Business Center consists of two meeting rooms with natural light. These have a capacity of 1 to 6 people and are easily adapted to a simple conference call, as well as more elaborate meetings. The rooms are accessed through a small foyer where computers with high-speed wireless internet and all other equipment necessary for the smooth running of your business meeting are available.

We offer several corporate packages and can also customize any menu or event detail to meet your needs and desires.

From cocktail receptions and buffets, to sit-down plated dinners with open, cash and soda bar options, our F&B team and internationally-acclaimed French Head Chef will create a suitable menu of delicious food & drink and provide consistent quality service.
