Timber Lodge is an incredibly iconic and flexible event venue. Located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, it was designed to blend into the natural landscape and produce its own green energy.
Timber Lodge has two separate spaces for hire; the deli/cafe and the event space. The cafe can be hired in the evenings and the event space is available for hire any time between 9 am – 12 am, seven days a week.
The bright and airy event space opens right out onto a large area of lush parkland. It has its own entrance with the option of an indoor or outdoor bar.
With a fantastic selection of everything from casual buffets and BBQs to fine dining and Christmas party menus, we have something to suit every occasion for up to 250 people across both spaces.
This space is also an ideal conference space with full AV equipment and furniture provided as part of your hire under competitive dry hire and day delegate rates.
We can provide the food, alcohol and hospitality for any personal event, including but certainly not limited to Christmas & Summer Parties, Conferences & Away Days, Children’s Birthdays, Personal Celebration Hire, Weddings, and Charity Hires.
