The 1200m² pillar free Westminster Ballroom with a height of 5.3m is the ideal venue for large conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, award ceremonies and car or product launches. The contemporary Ballroom is divisible into four rooms and has its own independent pre-function area with a full length bar, complimentary WIFI and air conditioning. Six dedicated lifts and the grand staircase entrance provide endless branding opportunities and dedicated, easy access for all guests. With the Ballroom level also housing a private organiser’s office and two fully functional kitchens it provides an efficient set up for any event.
A heavy goods lift allows direct access to the Ballroom from the hotel loading bay with 24 hour access. The ceiling consists of 26 hanging points holding up to one tonne each and LED and pin spot lighting with a variety of colours, controlled by a mobile panel. Staging can be positioned in various positions throughout the space due to power points located around the room.
