This is a fantastic day out as a treat for your team.  Firstly, you’ll meet in the venues private lounge for a glass of sparkling wine (which can flow freely throughout your event upon request), and a few sample mouthfuls of the Scandinavian-inspired food you’ll be leaing about and preparing.  Your private gourmet chef will then guide your group to one of the 5 private state-of-the-art kitchens, and you’ll be able to have a look around the dining room you’ll be using later to feast on all your culinary delights.  The building itself is contemporary, spacious, light and airy – and there’s enough space for up to 75 people to enjoy this novel and exciting experience.  The 5 kitchens are versatile and flexible in layout, meaning you can use more than one at a time and have the option to either section them off individually, or create an open plan space.

After you’ve had a quick introduction of the bespoke tasting menu (agreed by you with the venue prior to your event), as well as a what’s what of all the ingredients you’ll be using, your groups will then work together with hands-on tuition from a professional, Michelin star trained chef.  You can create up to four courses here, all the while socializing and interacting on a personal level.

Following this engaging, light-hearted, hands-on lesson, you will be able to savor your freshly prepared dishes together by having a banquet – alongside carefully selected wines, which will be expertly matched by your own sommelier.
