Join us for the 2024 festive season as we welcome guests into our ‘Carnivale’ bringing a heady blend of influences from Brazil to Bolivia, New Orleans to Haiti and from Venice to Cadiz. An incredible bespoke catering offering from Moving Venue is included, with a sparkling wine reception on arrival followed by unlimited drinks all evening or ½ bottle of wine per person, alongside a choice of either bowl food or a three-course seated dinner.

Also included is a high-end production specification, including a stage, screens, intelligent sound and lighting and a dance floor if required, providing you with a turnkey solution for your event. With pre-installed theming and production already in place, this allows you valuable time to rehearse and prepare for your event. We also offer the ability to upgrade your event to include fully designed and choreographed entertainment to perfectly complement the theme. Evolution London offers a flexible venue where anything is possible, all within an exclusive location in Battersea Park.

Carnivale can either be hired exclusively for a large event, or they do also offer shared party nights.

Package inclusions:

  • Exclusive venue hire from 18:30 – 01:00.
  • Stunning Carnivale theming and an unforgettable, festive atmosphere.
  • Sparkling drinks reception on arrival.
  • Bowl food menu including 5 bowls per person OR three course seated dinner by Moving Venue.
  • Unlimited house wine, house beer and soft drinks all evening or ½ bottle of house wine and water per person.
  • Exclusive pre-event menu tasting.
  • Large specification of AV – including stage, dance floor, and intelligent sound and lighting package.
  • State-of-the-art dance floor and professional DJ.
  • Event security.
  • Event First Aider.
  • Dedicated Event Manager.
  • Cloakroom facilities.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun.
Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation.
