We offer a full service, event planning facility with state-of-the-art audio-visual available for all events. Catering, entertainment and event merchandise can be customised to complement every event.
The ground floor and the lower ground floor also known as The Rock Room, can cater for up to 200 guests for a standing event with stage and sound or 220 pax without stage, 110 seated or 90 seated with the stage. All needs would be catered for in these exclusive areas with their own entrance, bar, kitchen, cloakroom and bathrooms.
To exclusively hire either of these floors or the whole cafe, we offer an all-inclusive package for a set fee dependent on date and includes:
- VIP exclusive entrance
- Host, security (if required) and manned cloakroom
- Open bar of unlimited draft and bottled beer, house wine and soft drinks = Various other drink package-options available.
- Classic Hard Rock pass food or 3 course meal
- In-house plasma TV screens
- Full stage with lights and sound managed by our experienced in-house sound technician
- Hard Rock classic music and videos plus DJ (if requested)
We can also recommend and organise party cover bands, photo booths, ice luges and sculptures, rockaoke, face painters, roving magicians, caricaturists, balloon artists, karaoke, rock an roll bingo, raffle prizes and co-branded merchandise at additional costs quoted upon request.
