The Dining Room located on the ground floor seats up to 12 people around a regency style table, ideal for sit down dinners or board meetings. At the end of a meeting or private dinner, throw open the doors that lead into the Cocktail Lounge, order award-winning cocktails and soak up the ambiance of the Townhouse. The Games Room on the lower ground floor is perfect for cocktail parties for up to 50 guests or private dinners for up to 40 guests. Also well suited to leisurely wedding breakfasts, sophisticated soiree’s, and even important board meetings.
For larger parties and events you could even hold the keys to the entire Townhouse and all its contents.
