Welcome to Bailbrook House, a country house hotel located just a few minutes from the centre of historic Bath. Bailbrook House is a Grade II listed property set within 20 acres of private grounds with commanding views towards central Bath and the adjoining countryside. The property was originally built as a private residence in the early 1790s and has had a number of uses over the years.

The Mansion House has been reconfigured to create 13 prestigious feature bedrooms, many of which offer additional touches such as original fireplaces, roll-top baths and large bedroom spaces. The Mansion House also offers three large lounges and a conservatory bar. A highlight is the food and beverage offering with modern British cuisine served in The Cloisters fine dining restaurant and afternoon teas served in the lounges.

Bailbrook Court is adjacent to the Mansion House and offers 81 classic and executive bedrooms, all of which will have been completely refurbished to a high contemporary standard. The new Lansdown restaurant offers an alternative to fine dining with a brasserie style menu. Bailbrook Court is also well placed for meetings with a selection of boardrooms, training suites and syndicate rooms to choose from. The Brunel Suite is the largest function room with a capacity of 160 seated, 200 reception style.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year.
