Located in the heart of the city just a minutes’ walk from Birmingham New Street station, the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre is a brand-new purpose built function centre, comprising of stylish, modern and practical spaces, high tech facilities and a dedicated team of support staff to ensure any event hosted with us is the best it can be.
With a mix of versatile event spaces ideal for conferences, exhibitions, board meetings, private parties, networking and special events, function space at The BCEC is fully-flexible and interconnecting, comfortably accommodating a large-scale conference for up to 1,000 delegates on the 2nd floor alongside ample breakout space for seminars, training sessions and refreshments.
Cleverly designed with a wall-to-wall glass frontage to make the most of the natural daylight, The BCEC’s light and bright pre-function space leads directly on to multiple function rooms of various sizes. On floor one, meeting rooms can accommodate as few as 12 guests for a board meeting or as many as 150 for a private dinner and include two breakout lounge spaces for coffee and snack breaks. The Connect 4 and Motivation rooms on the first floor provide space for up to 150 guests for a banquet and 100 theatre-style in comfort.
