As the largest privately owned Proving Ground in the UK, Bruntingthorpe, offers extensive track facilities, from varying asphalt circuits to off-road courses and dynamic steering areas. Whether you require the venue exclusively for a full day or longer, we cater for every size of event. The site is a great location for filming, offering an abundance of track facilities, wooded areas and even the odd jumbo jet. The site can be hired to shoot productions of any size, from still photography to full-length blockbusters.

The site contains three main event spaces, all varying in size and offering allowing the ultimate flexibility for clients.

Hangar-42:

A uniquely flexible venue. A real ‘blank canvas’, ideal for product launches, exhibitions, conferences, dinners, award ceremonies, trade shows, fairs or parties….to name but a few!

A 36,000 sq ft facility within its own, segregated 10-acre site including car parking for 400-500 cars immediately adjacent to the building.

Catering area capable of supporting the largest of events. This building has been extensively refurbished and extended and represents a great new facility to support a huge range of different events.

The Control Tower:

The Control Tower hospitality unit is based in the original WWII airfield control tower, adding a unique environment and atmosphere to this event space. It is capable of supporting up to 55 people (theatre style) or 50 people (round tables) and is supported with wi-fi functionality, a projector and screen, a catering area, a kitchen, toilets and a balcony that overlooks a lot of the tracks. The facility is the perfect support building for all manner of events or can simply be used as a unique and interesting meeting space.

Track Side:

Bruntingthorpe has a number of small trackside hospitality units that are ideal for supporting track-based corporate and driving events. The Indy Lodge is a Scandinavian-style chalet immediately adjacent to the Indy circuit that comes with a projector and screen, wi-fi and its own toilets. A perfect trackside base for up to 25 people.
