Cinnamon Club
30-32 Great Smith Street
London, Central London (SW1P 3BU)
Following the successful launch of the Nose-To-Tail initiative in 2012, The Cinnamon Club restaurant in Westminster is delighted to announce its on-going involvement again this year.
With growing economic constraints, unnecessary food wastage and the fact that our highly skilled chefs know how to take unwanted cuts of meat and turn them into something special, we see no reason not to help this cause even more.
The Nose-To-Tail initiative is set to educate us all in realising what we can do to make things better, and as one of London’s best Indian restaurants sustainability is an important factor that we feel is part of our continued success.
This year our Nose-To-Tail menu has been put together by none other than our very own Sous Chef, Sankar Chandrasekaran. Using influences from his time in Malaysia at the Spice Garden and combining it with his Indian heritage, Sankar has put together a menu that will be sure to tantalise your taste buds. With dishes such as Bheja fry (crisp fried lamb brains with green coriander chutney), Rajasthani style lamb shoulder and corn curry with yoghurt and green chilli, and Chettinad style stir-fry of lamb hearts with cracked pepper and shallots, you will be amazed at the variety of dishes available.
Menus start at £38 per person for three courses including tea, coffee and petit fours, rising to £75 for a 7 course tasting menu.
Minimum spends start at £1,500 – £5,000 depending on room, time and date of event (breakfast from £500).
