Need a conference venue or meeting room in the heart of Central London?  The Dominion Theatre is located directly above the transport hub of Tottenham Court Road station.  Conference venues don’t come much more unique than our Grade II listed theatre with its adjacent meeting rooms.

The Dominion has 8 events and meeting spaces available for hire including the 2069 seat main auditorium which is very popular for large corporate events hire for staff award ceremonies and AGMs; the 200 capacity Studio space which is truly flexible in terms of layout and works well for conferences, press launches or parties; the Boardroom space which is a high specification meeting facility with state of the art AV, and a break area for refreshment and relaxation, making it ideal for training courses and meetings. All our spaces are covered by complimentary wifi.

Our DDRs are very competitive and include tea & coffee on arrival with warm breakfast pastries and fresh fruit, mid-morning tea & coffee with biscuits, sandwich buffet lunch, afternoon tea & coffee with cake, and unlimited filtered water.

Our value added extras mean that you can give your event wow factor without breaking the budget. Backstage theatre tours at lunchtime are complimentary and get everyone inspired and creative for the afternoon session.

We are dedicated to limiting our environmental impact and we are proud of our Green Tourism for London Silver Award.  We are members of the Camden Climate Change alliance, and the Julie’s Bicycle Green Theatre Network.  The Studio has split lighting to limit the wasting of energy, and the Boardroom has motion sensor activated lighting in the breakout and washroom areas.  All of our waste is 100% recycled and our extremely accessible location invites all delegates to arrive via public transport.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year. She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble.
