Easthampstead Park is a gorgeous Jacobean style mansion with prominent features and is beautifully located in 80 acres of parkland. The venue is easily accessible with great access via road, rail and air. In total there are 13 spacious conference/meeting rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 180 delegates, with natural daylight and views over the grounds towards Windsor Forest.

The brand new King Suite built in the grounds as a standalone events venue has a capacity of 440-540 seated and 500 for a standing reception. It as 750 sqm of usable space and is accessed via a covered woodland walkway.

All conference rooms are equipped with LCD Projectors or Plasma Screens, Flipchart and Whiteboard. High speed 1Gb WIFI available for our guests to enjoy. The surrounding 60 acres of grounds allow for outdoor team building and corporate events, through to family fun days for up to 1,500 guests.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day.
