Fire & Stone restaurant’s makes & twice proves its own pizza dough every day on site in the restaurant’s kitchens to provide the crispiest pizza base possible, although bases are not thin (traditional Italian style); they are substantial to support the ample unique and flavorsome toppings. All produce at Fire & Stone is sourced from local & specialist suppliers ensuring that all our restaurants ingredients are authentic & extremely fresh.
Each of Fire & Stones pizzas are cooked fresh to order in our wood-fired pizza oven. Restaurant can have up to 24 pizzas in the oven at anyone time and with each of the pizza needing to be turned twice in the 3 minutes that it takes to cook. That means that chefs are turning a pizza every 4 seconds (average) as well as taking the cooked pizzas out of the oven and putting the new pizzas in.
