All Fire & Stone restaurant’s make & twice prove their own pizza dough every day on site in the restaurant’s kitchens to provide the crispiest pizza base possible, although bases are not thin (traditional Italian style), they are substantial to support the ample unique and flavorsome toppings. All produce at Fire & Stone is sourced from local & specialist suppliers ensuring that all restaurants ingredients are authentic & extremely fresh. Each of Fire & Stones pizzas are cooked fresh to order in our wood-fired pizza oven. Restaurant can have up to 24 pizzas in the oven at anyone time and with each of the pizzas needing to be turned twice in the 3 minutes that it takes to cook. That means that chefs are turning a pizza every 4 seconds (average) as well as taking the cooked pizzas out of the oven and putting the new pizzas in.
