Millbrook offers customers the opportunity to combine top-grade hospitality and catering with access to private test tracks.  This makes its venues ideal for product launches or dealer training, with classroom sessions followed by driving experiences.

One of Millbrook’s larger venues, Concept 1 has a unique look that will add impact to any event. A ‘blank canvas’, it is versatile and configurable to suit any combination of requirements. The venue consists of a reception area (A), open-plan wings (B) divided in the centre by a mezzanine (C), two domes (D) and the steering pad (E).

The wings are ideal for a presentation theatre, while the domes can offer a picturesque, panoramic view of the steering pad or total motorised blackout. The venue benefits from vehicular access into the wings and the domes and can be partitioned for a smaller event.

Millbrook’s biggest venue, Concept 2 is so big it can hold a full-height contemporary circus performance!  It has 12-metre-high ceilings and makes the ideal space for large scale conferences, exhibitions, and seminars. It has no internal support pillars, so that every delegate can get an uninterrupted view.
It can be used as a single space or converted into smaller rooms to complement the size and agenda of the event. The venue is often linked to Concept 1 to allow for even more scope and flexibility, or to accommodate delegate arrival and catering requirements.

For different off-road experiences, Millbrook combines off-road and severe off-road circuits to meet customers’ specification. These tracks provide a wide range of terrains for every type of vehicle from soft-roaders to full high-mobility military-specification vehicles.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year.
