Downstairs at One Aldwych Room-

Descending into Downstairs at One Aldwych, our largest events space boasts a private entrance, where guests can make a stylish entrance down the grand copper staircase. A private, fully-stocked bar with a carefully curated wine list awaits, leading to a spacious, open-plan area ideal for standing receptions of up to 120 guests or 60 seated guests for lunch or dinner. This flexible space serves as your exclusive canvas, customisable to suit the unique requirements of your event.

The Screening Room-

For private business screenings or video-led presentations, the Screening Room offers a cosy setting with 30 seats. The events team is at your service, providing refreshments during your session, and can arrange formal lunches or dinners in a private dining room before or after your time in the screening room.

The Library Room-

Step into the Library for an elegant home-away-from-home solution for cocktail gatherings. Located on the ground floor, this stylish space accommodates up to 35 guests for drinks receptions. I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in  England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year.  She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances.  Nothing was too much trouble.
