Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is located in the South East of England in the beautiful county of Kent , and is within easy reach of London, Surrey, Sussex, and Essex .

Port Lympne provides the perfect environment for corporate groups to work together on activities that are engaging , rewarding and strengthen team spirit . By holding your
event with us , you are directly helping the park to protect wildlife here in the UK which, in turn, enables the park’s partner conservation charity, The Aspinall Foundation, to send animals back to the wild and manage animal protection schemes in Congo, Gabon, Java and Madagascar.

The Mansion

We offer the use of the stunning drawing rooms and terraces , surrounded by glorious landscaped gardens , providing the perfect backdrop for your event . These include The Long Room, The Spencer Roberts Room and The Martin Jordan Room.  The strikingly original decor within the mansion is enhanced yet more by spectacular sea views from the south and west-facing terraces.

The Orangery

A stunning place to host your event, our elegant, newly-appointed glass orangery and terrace are a creative salute to the theatrical entertainment style of the Gatsby era . Truly private and available for exclusive use only, it has capacity for 160 seated guests in addition to a dance floor, cloakroom, and luxury washrooms . It includes its own fully incorporated kitchen for all fine dining requirements , as well as the option to add additional marquees or a food station on the adjoining lawn.

The Pergola

A captivating venue, nestled in one of the most charming tree-lined spots in the reserve, it is available to hire as a filming location, for photoshoots or as part of a proposal package. Our pergola has capacity for 100 seated guests . Alternatively, utilise this versatile space and the adjoining tiered gardens for a summer party for up to 250.

Team Building with a purpose

Create a bespoke team building event with our experts and you could find yourselves creating enclosure furniture or enrichment items for our animals , as you put into practice some valuable techniques, designed to make your teams work effectively together. Whether you create puzzle feeders for gorillas , platforms for tigers , dig boxes for meerkats or climbing apparatus for monkeys , the rewarding feeling of seeing your finished items put to the test in our enclosures is one to cherish. Your team will reap the benefits of giving back, learning new skills with a renewed sense of engagement and wellbeing.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun. Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. This has been an amazing service! Super fast response time and ease of selection of venues. Worked in line with the budget giving the best rates possible to meet our needs. I will definatley use Function fixers again...made the task of finding a venue on a tight budget easy!
