From modest Victorian beginnings as a steam-engine repair shed, to legendary cultural venue, the Roundhouse has an enviable heritage.

The stunning Main Space is perfect for corporate and private events: launches, parties, receptions, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, meetings and performances. Flexible and inspiring, it’s an iconic space in which to create the ultimate event.

As an architecturally impressive blank canvas (1,300m²), the Main Space is ideal for a variety of events – from receptions and parties for up to 1,800, to conferences for up to 1,500 and dinners for up to 1,100. It’s exclusively available for private and corporate hire for a limited 12 weeks each year.

As part of the redevelopment of the Roundhouse in 2006, an impressive new wing was added. It’s connected to the original building by a soaring and dramatic atrium, which forms the main entrance. This wing has a variety of contemporary spaces available to hire – bars, cafe, an outdoor terrace and purpose built studio. They’re ideally suited for small meetings for 20 people or larger receptions for up to 200, and are available for private and corporate hire throughout the year.
