Sea Containers Events is housed in the iconic Sea Containers building on the South Bank. Sea Containers Events offers over 25,000 square foot of event space.

The venue offers seven spaces capable of hosting numbers from 10 to 150 for dinner, cocktail receptions for 250 and exclusive hire available on application for larger events. Sea Containers Events is the perfect backdrop to host anything from an intimate dinner to larger scale awards dinner and seasonal celebrations.

Situated on the 12th and 13th floors, each of the six internal space offers floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking some of London’s most impressive river and cityscape views. The pinnacle of the venue is a striking roof terrace on the 14th floor boasting 360 degree views of the London skyline.  The roof terrace is the summer party venue to impress colleagues and clients alike, with a position behind the Sea Containers letters and a capacity of up to 200 guests.

Dining spaces include The Wren private dining room which features a private balcony overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral as well as Cucumber restaurant, available for private hire for up to 200. Level 12 is a large blank canvas space, which can also be divided into four smaller spaces to boast greater flexibility, featuring show-stopping views and a balcony overlooking the Thames.

Food and drink sees an emphasis placed on seasonality and provenance with sourcing from independent suppliers, including selected meat cuts from Green & Fortune’s own farm and sweet-treats made by the in-house baker.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day.
