Tucked away in the leafy suburbs of Bournville, The Beeches seems many miles from the hustle and bustle of Birmingham, yet it is only 15 minutes from the city centre. With bedrooms and meeting rooms to provide all that is needed for a great residential conference, assessment centre or a dynamic product launch we are ready to accommodate every type of meeting or event.

The Beeches boasts 22 high quality conference, training and syndicate rooms in a wide variety of room sizes and layouts. The largest pillar free and fully air-conditioned conference suite comfortably seats up to 275 people.

Full business support services are available, and our team of dedicated Technical Staff are on hand throughout the day to help and advise on every aspect of the equipment and facilities from a simple room layout to modern digital equipment. WIFI is available free of charge in all our lounges, bedrooms and meeting rooms.

Overlooking the extensive garden our restaurant offers a wide range of excellent food catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tea and coffee are served continuously all day.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun. Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation. Thank you Theresa, Heather and FF...we will definitely be back with future venue needs!

This has been an amazing service! Super fast response time and ease of selection of venues. Worked in line with the budget giving the best rates possible to meet our needs. I will definatley use Function fixers again...made the task of finding a venue on a tight budget easy!
