Hidden away within Browns Covent Garden is Browns Court Rooms. This historic two floor event suite is designed with grand sweeping staircases and stunning original features. Our building was once the Westminster’s County Courts and in 1996 was converted into a bar and restaurant. Our venue has a fantastic suite of rooms available for private and corporate hire.

Within our largest room – The Judges Court, the original Judge’s Bench is still in place. It was from here that convicted defendants were sent down to the detention cells … these detention cells now serve as our wine cellars. The Judge’s Court holds a civil wedding licence and the room can be laid out to suit almost any occasion. Whether you’re looking for a sit down wedding breakfast for up to 100 guests, a theatre style seated event for up to 150 or a canapé reception for 130.

The Rooms at Browns, Covent Garden is an ideal venue for a ceremony and wedding reception with onsite catering for between 15 to 150 people. Our commitment to excellence, combined with friendly and accommodating service is the focus of our business and what our reputation is built upon.

We offer our two floor event suite exclusively for private hires; The Judge’s Court & The Barrister’s Court are situated on the first floor and the Judge’s Chamber and The Study on the second. All rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioning and sound systems. We have full disabled facilities and a lift to all floors. Through our team we can also help recommend and arrange bands, DJ’s, florists or any other special requirements for your day.

We have four well-appointed meeting rooms available, catering for up to 150 delegates in our largest room. Our meeting facilities can be tailored to you, to ensure that your specific meeting requirements are met.
