Skyfold doors can transform a room in minutes, while our popular Elonex digital screens can be easily moved to suit your requirements. So whether we’re accommodating a meeting for two or conference for 900, you can count on our tech savvy spaces to deliver.
We’re unapologetic technophiles at the Vox, so it won’t surprise you to discover we’re the only conference venue in the UK to invest in 4K resolution screens. And that’s just for starters.
Movable Elonex digital podiums, giant 7m x 2m media wall, dynamic hybrid technology and all the latest lighting and audio equipment are available to all conference organisers to help bring your event truly alive. Even our cloakrooms feature an innovative barcode system to make your life easier!!

The Vox Boardrooms 1-3 will hold a maximum of 28, 20 and 16 people respectively, creating an ideal space for a smaller meeting or an intimate dining experience.
These executive boardrooms are also available as breakout spaces for larger conferences and contain excellent quality audio visual, sound and lighting equipment together with complimentary delegate Wi-Fi.
Conferences (10-900 delegates)
The Vox Suites 1-5 provide fully flexible conference spaces that can be combined or divided to several multi-functional areas depending on individual event requirements.
These distinctive meeting spaces will be suitable for all types of conferences, meetings and banqueting events for anything up to 900 delegates theatre style or 850 banqueting, and will feature state of the art audio visual, sound and lighting equipment and complimentary delegate Wi-Fi.
Banquets (45-850 delegates)
Whether it’s a gala dinner, an awards ceremony or another celebration, we can offer spectacular banquets with fantastic menus and theming for 10 to 850 guests.
Using Vox Suites 1-5, anything is possible with the flexible spaces and cutting edge audio visual, sound and lighting equipment.
