Pendley Manor is a privately owned manor house hotel in the depths of the Hertfordshire countryside surrounded by 35 acres of stunning grounds.

With 11 meeting rooms and 84 stunning bedrooms, Pendley Manor is the perfect destination if you need a meeting or conference venue in a quiet location yet with all the latest facilities.  The individually designed rooms lend themselves to meetings and private dinners, whilst the Harcourt Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests.  The amazing brand new Rose Garden Suite has a capacity of 150 to 600 guests and is a blank canvas for event planners.  Rose Garden Suite at Pendley Manor

Large outdoor events are possible in the extensive grounds and the venue is easily accessible by train, car and air, with Luton and Heathrow airports being only a 30 minute drive.

This beautiful country hotel being able to offer ultra modern facilities whilst retaining a traditional feel.  The Oak restaurant produces award winning dishes and the service is second to none.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year. She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble.
