RCP London Events for conferences, summer parties and dinners

A Grade 1 modernist building by Sir Denys Lasdun overlooks Regent's Park, and the College, whose history spans 500 years, has been in this fifth location since 1965.

Two tiered auditoriums

The Wolfson Theatre seats 300 and the Seligman Theatre 140, while the Osler Room seats up to 210 and joins the Long Room for as many as 330, or 350 reception style. That gives conferences beside Regent's Park a choice of scale without leaving one building.

A charity with a light footprint

All revenue from events goes back into core RCP activity, including its leading role in the delivery of patient care. The team works with sustainable and socially responsible partners to minimise its impact on the environment.

The medicinal garden

Reception style, the medicinal garden takes 200 and is perfect for summer parties, so a corporate celebration once the weather warms or an outdoor event can spill out into the garden.

Library, museum and dining rooms

The Dorchester Library, home to an impressive collection of rare books, seats 40 to 150 or takes 300 standing, and the museum adds a cultural backdrop. For a gala dinner or a quieter seminar, the Platt Room seats 30 to 100, the Council Chamber 40 to 80 and the Censors Room 20 to 30.
