Skylon has been awarded not only the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s highest rating but they were also been named as part of the Sustainable Large Group of the Year at the Sustainable Restaurant Awards! Impressed? A key focus is healthy eating, and Skylon strive to offer diverse menu options and promote lighter choices, and place an emphasis on sourcing ethical, local produce:  did you know that almost all of the meat and dairy used throughout the group is not only free range, but sourced locally from British producers, whilst much of the fish and seafood comes from British waters? Even the Skylon cocktails have a conscience, and support Fairtrade all year round in the bar.

Skylon offers a spectacular panorama across the River Thames. In addition to the main restaurant, the grill offers a more relaxed dining experience while the stunning bar is a destination in its own right.
