All our rooms are serviced by in-house catering staff from leading restaurant and wine Group, Balls Brothers and house independent climate control. Our technical team can supply a full range of a/v equipment for your meeting. The Baltic Exchange’s Conference Centre offers a highly versatile meeting space, designed for presentations, AGMs, meetings and workshops. Consisting of three independent rooms with sound-proofed folding doors, this suite can be opened out or closed off to meet your needs.

The Bar and Dining room are available for private evening hire and can be found off the Baltic’s central lobby which is always manned. Whilst during the day the Members’ Bar plays host to a thriving business environment and the Dining room serves up sumptuous lunches, in the evenings the lights are dimmed, the candles are lit and an altogether more intimate atmosphere takes over.
