Aviator is a stunning hotel in Farnborough, located 35 minutes from Central London. Aviator opened in 2008 as one of the most striking design hotels in recent times. Innately stylish, Aviator binds the timeless glamour of aviation with seductive interiors and ultimate comfort.

The hotel overlooks Farnborough airport. With 169 rooms spread across 3 categories, we are the largest hotel in the area. The design of event spaces at Aviator are well considered. The private entrance to the events wing and dedicated relaxing lounge areas provide direct access to the versatile meeting rooms.The capacity’s range from 10 boardroom to 110 theatre, some of which come with private terraces overlooking the airfield. Aviator is also great for incentive bookings as we have a few acres of lawn at the back of the hotel where we have had zip wires, Segway racing and even geese herding in the past!

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun.
Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation.
