Black Swan Studios is a 3,500 Sq foot open plan, ground floor ex silk warehouse, close to London Bridge with additional 1st Floor office area of 1,000 sq ft.  Can be hired together or independently.

The studios are 8 mins walk from London Bridge and 5 mins from Tower Bridge, in the creative and unspoilt Bermondsey Street.

The ground floor has step free access and huge 22 Ft wide doors to allow even the largest items inside. The large sky lights allow natural daylight to flood into the space.  The high roof space is enhanced by the steel beams which link back to its industrial heritage.  There is a large mezzanine area which is used as a filming or viewing gallery, or for wardrobe and hair and makeup if the space is used for shoots or theatre rehearsals.

Light and airy with stark white walls and painted concrete flooring, the place is  a blank canvas ready to be dressed as you wish for photo shoots, product launches or popup events. 3 phase electrics, Wifi, bar – kitchen area, on ground floor, step free access.

The 1,000 Sq ft 1st floor office has its own kitchen area with dishwasher and its own bathroom on the same floor. It is not linked to the ground floor, but can be easily accessed by a short flight of stairs and can be hired as part of the main space or individually.

We have been used as a film set,  to record TV commercials and TV programmes, as a rehearsal space for theatre productions, as a gallery and for various product launches and popup events too.  Plus numerous company days too !
