Eastside Rooms is centrally located in Birmingham and very easily accessible to all.
The venue is one of the most flexible and versatile event venues in Birmingham, which a range of spaces to hire. The Affinity Suite is 880m2 making it Birmingham’s largest pillar-free ballroom with a capacity for 1200 delegates. It also features retractable walls which gives you total flexibility for any event.
The purpose-built Belmont and Ashstead Suites are extremely flexible and can be used for a range of events. Both have enough space for over 200 guests. There are also 14 brand new meeting rooms that can cater for executive boardroom meetings of 10 up to larger meeting and seminars of 50.
Next door to Eastside Rooms you will find Aloft Hotel which can provide you with any accommodation requirements you may have.

The Affinity Suite measures 880m2 and is Birmingham's largest pillar-free ballroom, with capacity for 1200 delegates. Retractable walls give total flexibility, so large-scale conferences or smaller sessions can share the suite. Affinity One and Affinity Two each seat 594, or take 700 standing.
14 rooms for 10 to 50
14 brand new meeting rooms work as executive boardroom meeting space for 10, and stretch to larger meetings and seminars of 50.
Belmont, Ashtead and flexible layouts
Purpose-built and extremely flexible, the Belmont and Ashtead Suites together offer enough space for over 200 guests. Belmont One seats 21 to 74, Belmont Two 21 to 58, Belmont Three 24 to 58 and Belmont Four 16 to 37, while the Ashtead Suite seats 214. The pillar-free ballroom and its retractable walls leave room to arrange gala dinners, exhibitions, product launches and awards presentations, and the same layouts adapt to tech events and Christmas parties.
