The zero-waste ethos runs through every corner of the kitchen and grounds, from the honey collected from the hotel’s own bees to vegetables grown in the Kitchen Garden.

Grey’s, 2 AA Rosette, is Whatley’s answer to very sociable casual dining with a sharing plates concept. There ae dishes on the menu that can also be chosen to be a main meal. Grey’s features comfortable banquette-style seating, a lovely neutral colour scheme throughout, feature fireplace and bar.
