Located in the heart of Fitzrovia just moments from Tottenham Court Road, The Building Centre is a distinctive Central London venue combining contemporary event facilities with an inspiring architectural backdrop. Housed in a historic modernist building on Store Street, the venue is dedicated to innovation in architecture, design and the built environment, giving events a creative and thought-provoking setting.

The venue offers a variety of flexible event spaces suitable for conferences, seminars, receptions and private functions.

At the heart of the Main Gallery is our new 16-metre by 3-metre 4K ultra-high-resolution video wall – one of the most advanced immersive screens in London. Stretching the full length of the gallery, this state-of-the-art display transforms the space into a dynamic canvas for presentations, performances, screenings, installations, and brand storytelling. Whether you’re showcasing bold visuals, cinematic motion, or interactive digital content, the screen brings every idea to life with clarity and scale unlike anything else in central London.

The Seminar Suites are purpose-built for presentations, workshops and talks, accommodating up to around 200–220 delegates and able to be opened into one large room or divided for breakout sessions. Meanwhile, the striking Main Gallery provides a contemporary space for evening receptions, networking events and product launches, hosting up to 200 guests or larger events across the building.

Smaller meeting rooms and boardrooms are also available for executive meetings, training sessions and team workshops, all supported by modern AV technology and hybrid event capabilities. Across the building, capacities can reach approximately 350 guests depending on layout and event style.
