Senior Venue Finding Executive

Chen has been part of the Function Fixers team for three years and works as a Venue Finding Executive, helping clients source venues for a wide range of corporate and private events.

She has developed an extensive knowledge of the London venue market, with particular expertise in galleries, studios, blank-canvas spaces and creative venues. This makes her especially well placed to help with briefs for product launches, brand activations, receptions, exhibitions and events where clients are looking for somewhere a little different from a traditional hotel or conference venue.

Chen keeps up to date with new openings and emerging event spaces across the capital and understands the practical considerations that come with hiring more unusual venues – from production and AV requirements to catering, access, timings and venue restrictions.

Whether a client needs an industrial-style studio for a launch, a contemporary gallery for a reception or an unusual space that can be transformed around a particular creative concept, Chen uses her venue knowledge to identify options that genuinely suit the brief.

Her enthusiasm for discovering interesting London venues, combined with a practical approach to venue sourcing, makes her a valuable member of the Function Fixers team.
