Our service is totally bespoke; we work on a one-to-one basis.  We do all of the legwork for you.  First of all we suggest venues that are most suited to your event. We then keep sending venue ideas until you have enough to make a shortlist and then we arrange site visits for you.   Obviously, you are under no obligation to book any of our venues if you feel they are not right for your event.

How do you manage to offer all your services for free?

That’s easy – we earn a standard industry commission based fee from each venue for introducing your business to them.

So, are venue rates higher in order to cover the commission payment to you?

No, not at all! You would be charged the same price if you had arranged the booking yourself.

Is there a minimum numbers requirements before you can deal with my venue booking?

No, there are no size restrictions. We value your business whatever the size of your booking and whatever your requirements. We deal with all sizes of booking, starting from 2 people up to 20,000.

Once I’ve sent an enquiry, am I committed to make a booking with you?

Not at all. You are under no obligation to book any of the venue proposals sent to you.

What do I do if I would like to see any of the venues?

Simple. Just tell us which venue(s) you wish to visit and leave it to us to make the necessary arrangements for you.

What happens once I’ve made the decision to book?

When you have selected the best venue for your event, we will send you a detailed written confirmation of all your requirements. The venue will then provide a contract for you to sign and return.
