Key details include: preferred date or window, delegate numbers, room layout (theatre, cabaret, classroom, boardroom, etc.), AV and tech requirements, catering needs, location preferences and budget. The more detail you can give us, the more precisely we can match venues to your event.

Yes. Many of our partner venues are close to key London stations (e.g. Waterloo, London Bridge, King’s Cross, Paddington, Liverpool Street) and have straightforward connections to Heathrow, Gatwick and City airports. If easy access is a priority, we’ll focus on well-connected locations.

A large number of London venues offer high-speed Wi-Fi, in-house AV, LED screens, staging, streaming capabilities and experienced technical teams. When you tell us your tech requirements, we’ll prioritise venues that are set up for hybrid events and more complex production.

For larger conferences and peak dates (spring, autumn and major citywide events), 6–12 months’ lead time is ideal. For smaller meetings or off-peak dates, good options can often be found much closer to the time, and we can sometimes secure excellent last-minute availability.

Venues may offer:

• Room hire only, with catering and AV priced separately, or
• Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages, which typically include room hire, basic AV, refreshments and lunch.
