Banqueting House
London, Central London, SW1A 2ER
The Banqueting House is one of London’s most iconic and prestigious historic venues, offering a truly majestic setting for events that demand impact and elegance. Located on Whitehall in the heart of Westminster, this architectural masterpiece was designed by Inigo Jones in 1622 and is the only surviving part of the original Palace of Whitehall.
The centrepiece of the venue is the stunning double-height Main Hall, crowned by the world-famous ceiling painted by Sir Peter Paul Rubens. The hall’s grand proportions, classical architecture and rich history create an atmosphere of unrivalled sophistication, making it ideal for high-profile receptions, gala dinners, award ceremonies and corporate entertaining.
With its combination of heritage, central location and flexible event spaces, The Banqueting House provides a dramatic yet refined backdrop that elevates any occasion. Guests are immersed in over 400 years of history while enjoying a venue that continues to host some of the most prestigious events in London.
