Biddenden House
Tudor Manor House set in private grounds (28 acres) on the outskirts of a quintessential village in the weald of Kent.
The main house which dates back to 1540 has been lovingly restored by its current owners who offer it out for unique and private events. Within their restoration they have added a leisure complex to include a heated outdoor swimming pool, a yoga/gym/meeting studio, an infra red sauna room with changing facilities, ice bath options . There is outdoor dining seating for 25 and an enclosed outdoor lounge with fire. Two kitchens, full complement of appliances and crockery for large groups. Lake with boat. The property can also sleep 20 guest and 4 staff on approval.
Depending on event type. The space can be used in a variety of ways.
The grounds and ground floor areas can be rented on a day/evening basis.
The entire complex can be rented on a two night minimum. Although day events can have the option of stay overs.

Catering (Priced on Application):
Catering can be arranged on your behalf and this is dependant on group size, chef availability and requirements. If you prefer to bring your own chef & utilise both of our kitchens, we can certainly accommodate.
Hosting/Support Hosting (Priced on Application):
Full Hosting includes onsite support for the duration of your event. We can be present to support the smooth running of all aspects, thus allowing you to focus on spending valuable time with your clients and leaving us to deal with the day to day organisation and keep things moving seamlessly. The event is in your name, all you will need to do is sell the spaces, leaving everything else to us. This package includes social media promotion and marketing on our platforms.
