Once responsible for powering Covent Garden’s earliest electric lights, the building has found a rather different way of bringing people together.

Christmas parties here come with live entertainment built in. Guests can sit down to American BBQ and fresh lobster, or stand with cocktails and sharing platters, and festive nights with live blues music feel a long way from the predictable function room.
Team celebrations and networking
Companies can use the main restaurant and cocktail bar for networking evenings for teams and private dining, with drinks receptions taking over a floor when numbers grow. The Mian Restaurant seats 60 or takes 90 standing, and joined to Bull in Court it seats 110 or receives 165.
Exclusive hire from 24 to 400
Private parties can start small or go big. The Shelter Bar Booths seat 24 and hold 35 standing, the full ground floor seats 150 or receives 220, and the Full Lower Ground Floor takes 90 seated or 150 on their feet. For private celebrations that need the whole building, exclusive hire seats 240 and takes up to 400 for a drinks reception.
