Set in glorious countryside, right on the coast in North East Fife, Birkhill was built in 1780. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and guests can wander through these and see a number of rare trees and plants. Birkhill is primarily a family home and offers a warm welcome to all that cross its front door.
Although we focus on private and corporate groups our accommodation is also available on a bed and breakfast basis and we can also provide private dining for non-resident groups (both strictly by prior arrangement).
Birkhill is the ideal place to relax with friends and family. Groups of up to 24 people can be accomodated with the option of exclusivity available for parties of 8 upwards.
A wide range of activities are available both on the estate and in the local area and we are always happy to accomodate golf, shooting or fishing parties.
For the less active Birkhill has extensive private gardens and a wide range of facilities including a private beach

For their annual away day and awards celebrating the season's successes, Aquatics GB needed a Glasgow venue for 110 delegates by day and 250 at the awards dinner, with affordable accessible accommodation. We secured the Glasgow Marriott, with further budget accommodation at the nearby Ibis Budget Glasgow.
