The Lodge is a historic grade II listed building which sleeps up to 22 people – perfect for a family or friends’ get-together, a reunion, wedding or other special occasion.
Just a short walk from The National Trust’s Coughton Court, The Lodge is set in open countryside with Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Evesham and The Cotswolds within easy reach.
The Lodge offers 10 ensuite bedrooms, 5 of which have picture windows looking out onto the water garden. All are modern and well appointed.
Nine double bedrooms all have en-suite shower rooms and are equipped with TV/DVD, radio alarms and hair dryers.
One family bedroom has 4 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. It is also equipped with TV/DVD, radio alarm and hair dryer.
All accommodation at The Lodge is on ground floor level making it ideal for different age groups.
Relax and socialize in two sitting rooms each with large flat screen TV/DVD/CD and one with a Wii and games.
Both rooms have views over the open countryside and pony paddock to the rear of the property.
The Lodge is built as a quadrangle around the water garden and has four doors leading out to it from the kitchen and hallways round the building.
There is a laundry room/bootroom with washing machine and tumble dryer and two additional toilets.
The Lodge’s magnificent formal dining room seating 22 is on two levels with a bar area on the lower level. It is ideal for a grand celebration as well as more casual dining. The beamed ceiling and feature fireplace provide a fabulous setting.
The large, fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven and 4 hobs, a large griddle and warming cupboard, microwave, 2 dishwashers, large fridge, large freezer, extensive cupboards and work surfaces.
Double doors lead directly out onto the internal water garden patio.
