Venue Introduction

Set in the city centre of Leicester which is ideally located in the Midlands, with close by railway and motorway links; this historic landmark offers a unique setting for any corporate event. We can comfortably accommodate between 50 – 500 delegates. Exhibition space, OHP, flipcharts and any other technical equipment required can be arranged on request.
For these kinds of events we are happy to arrange catering be it coffee and biscuits, finger food buffet or a full three-course lunch or dinner. We are also happy to arrange accommodation for delegates at nearby hotels if necessary.

The Empire provides an impressive backdrop for filiming and photo shoots. Being architecturally unspoilt its dramatic gothic-styled interior is beautifully captured.

The setting of The Empire is perfect for fashion shows. With a large stage and a changing area, you can show off your latest designs on our walk way aisle measuring 27 meters.
In the past, well-known Asian fashion designers from Leicester’s Golden Mile have showcased their latest collections, as well as traditional African designers and prominent high-end boutiques have also chosen The Empire to launch their designer collections.

The Empire Hall is a Grade II listed building and a historic landmark of Leicester.
This magnificent building, together with attention to detail and design and its historical element is a unique venue.
It has been transformed into a spectacular banqueting facility and is now available for exclusive hire for your special day.

The Empire Hall is situated within the Golden Mile of the city centre, located within easy reach by railway and motorway links.

We are licensed to host Civil Weddings and can cater for small weddings of 50 to larger parties of up to 500 guests.

We have hosted many multi faith weddings and understand the special requirements of each individual event.
