Bright rooms with inbuilt AV
The Elizabeth Room seats 45 to 210, the Carlton Room 36 to 104 and the Terrace Room 32 to 60, all with inbuilt AV and flexible break outs. Hosting up to 210 guests, these are bright rooms with everything built in, and Alie, Grosvenor and Park rooms add smaller spaces of 20 to 45.
Exclusive hire across every floor
Exclusive hire across all floors seats 104 to 370 and takes 370 at a reception. Having the whole building to yourselves means a large seated event can spread across every floor.
A terrace for summer
The terrace is perfect for summer receptions for 60 guests, and the Terrace Room seats 32 to 60, so function-style gatherings can drift between inside and out.
A building that cools itself
High-level windows on each floor open at night to cool the concrete ceilings, keeping the building cool the following day, and a living roof provides a habitat for local birds and insects. It all makes for a building that looks after itself.
Aldgate and Tower Hill
Aldgate East, Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations are within easy walking distance, and Liverpool Street or Fenchurch Street is ten minutes away, which suits a gathering in Shoreditch for delegates arriving from across London.
