The Fox and Hounds Country Hotel offers a peaceful and individual surrounding to provide the perfect setting for business meetings and conferences of various sizes.

Our newly refurbished conference room can seat up to 100 (theatre stlye) and we also have a private function room with seating for up to 50 people ideal for smaller meetings.

Our bar offers a choice of 3 local ciders and some mighty fine real ale drawn from the original beer engines – you know the ones – with Royal Doulton handles depicting hand painted hunting scenes. How much better the pint tastes when it’s made a few miles up the road! We even feature a fabulous Devon white wine and sparkling white from Cornwall on our list.

Warm your back by the log fire and take a glance at the art on the walls – all done by Devon artists. There are no rules regarding dress or children – the Restaurant Lounge offers a relaxed dining area to enjoy our splendid AA Rosette standard food or if we do get the promised good summer the Garden Terrace is perfect for a drink as the sun sets over our lovely garden.
