The Long Room is situated on the first floor of The Guildford Pavilion, with lift access for full accessibility. It can accommodate up to 160 guests standing or 120 seated.
Bright and spacious, the room offers stunning views of the cricket ground from its private balcony. It boasts excellent acoustics, making it ideal for live music and speeches, and includes a fully equipped bar featuring locally sourced products. The stylish interior also includes a comfortable lounge area perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The entire venue is fully accessible, with lift access to every floor.
The Terrace Room, located on the second floor of The Guildford Pavilion, is fully accessible via lift and accommodates up to 16 guests seated or 40 standing. With its large windows overlooking the cricket field, this bright and airy space provides a first-class setting for meetings, networking events, or intimate gatherings. Adjacent to the stunning 6 O’clock Roof Terrace, it’s ideal for summer receptions, private dinners, or as a breakout area alongside The Long Room.
The Terrace Room is equipped with modern AV facilities, including an LG Smart TV with HDMI and USB connections, a dedicated 1,000MBps leased-line internet connection, and Wi-Fi access—ensuring a seamless experience for both business and social occasions.
