Whether you are looking for a small, intimate boardroom meeting, or large conference arena for up to 600 delegates theatre style, Hampden can offer the perfect solution, with 11 flexible suites, a tiered Auditorium, Exhibition Suite and 26 executive boxes to suit every need.

Smaller gatherings from 10 up to 400 guests and pre-dinner drinks for larger numbers can be held in the stunning Millennium Suite, with views of the hallowed turf, made all the more special by using the videoboards for your own bespoke messages. Our Executive Boxes are situated on either side of the Millennium Suite and also boast fantastic views of the pitch. For an intimate lunch or dinner for up to 10 guests, the Boxes can be dressed to suit your corporate colours and are all fully air-conditioned.

Choose from the stunning views over the hallowed turf from the Millennium Suite and Executive Boxes, to the practicality of the large square Level 5 Suites or the flexibility of the Lomond and Nevis, where each room can be tailored to suit your requirements with fully sound proofed partition walls.All of our suites are situated in the main South Stand and are easily accessible from main reception. For larger events, we can provide you with your own registration desk in the reception area, where you can display your promotional materials and personally greet your guests with a warm welcome.

Exhibitions

All of our fully air-conditioned exhibition suites can accommodate from 20 exhibition stands to 60 stands and is also an excellent area for registration and refreshments within the suite. Our suites are situated in the main BT South Stand and are easily accessible from main reception. For larger events, we can provide you with your own registration desk in the reception area, where you can display your promotional materials and personally greet your guests with a warm welcome. Our fully air-conditioned exhibition suites can accommodate from 20 exhibition stands to 60 stands and is also an excellent area for registration and refreshments within the suite. With adjustable lighting, plasma screens, telephone points and laptop connections, our dedicated events team are here to tailor your exhibition to your needs.

Auditorium

This state-of-the-art facility has been custom built and features its own dedicated exhibition suite, providing the perfect environment for seminars and presentations. This Auditorium and Exhibition are one of Scotland’s most impressive conference solutions at the cutting edge of meetings technology. The Auditorium itself seats up to 250 delegates in comfort and boasts high quality acoustics, variable lighting, full air-conditioning and is equipped with a soundproof booth and the latest audio-visual technology. The Auditorium has been built with the discerning client in mind and is perhaps the most sophisticated theatre of its kind in Scotland.
